    Start by reaching out through our contact form or giving us a call. We’ll schedule a friendly, no-obligation consultation to discuss your event needs, your vision, and the service that’s right for you.
  2. Personalised Proposal
    Based on our discussion, we’ll create a tailored proposal just for you. This will include a mood board, service recommendations, and a clear breakdown of costs. We'll work together to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations.
  3. Confirmation & Deposit
    Once you’re happy with the proposal, we'll ask for a deposit to secure your date. At this stage, your event is officially booked!
  4. Planning & Collaboration
    We’ll be in touch regularly to refine your ideas and finalise all details, ensuring a smooth and stress-free planning experience. Whether it’s a bespoke tablescape design or a personalised gift-wrapping workshop, we’re with you every step of the way.
  5. Execution & Delivery
    On the day of your event, we’ll take care of all the setup and ensure everything looks perfect. You can relax and enjoy your special occasion while we handle the magic behind the scenes.
