Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Event Services
Due to the bespoke nature of our event services (Tablescaping, Gift Wrapping, Private Dining Experiences), we are unable to offer returns or refunds once the service has been provided. We ensure all details are agreed upon and confirmed in advance to meet your specific needs and expectations.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations 14 days or more before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 7-13 days of the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund is available due to the preparation and planning time required.

3. Gift Wrapping Workshops

  • Workshop Cancellation: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule or transfer your booking to another attendee.
  • Workshop Cancellation by S Events Wales: If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Custom Orders
For any custom items or materials ordered as part of an event, refunds are not available once the order is placed. This includes personalized decorations, gift wrapping supplies, and special requests.
